The Governors of Hazel Slade Primary Academy are committed to developing an inclusive school that reflects the diversity of the local community. Admission to the School is not dependent on being a member of a particular faith community.

You need to apply for September 2026 if your child’s fifth birthday is between 1 September 2026 and 31 August 2027.
