APPLYING TO THE SCHOOL

The Governors of Hazel Slade Primary Academy are committed to developing an inclusive school that reflects the diversity of the local community. Admission to the School is not dependent on being a member of a particular faith community.

ADMISSION TO PRIMARY SCHOOL SEPTEMBER 2024 ENTRY

You need to apply for September 2024:

 

  • if your child's fifth birthday is between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025.

IN YEAR APPLICATIONS

If you want to apply to change schools during the academic year, or your child does not currently have a school place, please see the information on in-year admissions.

ADMISSION APPEALS

You have the right to lodge a formal appeal to an Independent Appeals Panel if you have been refused a place at your preferred Staffordshire school and you are dissatisfied with the school place offered, please see the information on admission appeals.
